PARTY PACKAGE TERMS & CONDITIONS

  • Payment for a party package is 50% of said total. This payment is non-refundable. The remaining balance is due 72 hours before the event. Failure to pay the remaining balance will result in cancellation. Any further changes to your package must be made in 3 days before the event date. If there are any special dietary requirements, please make a clear, detailed note of them when filling out the order form.

  • Party cancellations must be made 4 days in advance. If cancelled within a week of said event, you will receive a full refund of your deposit back. If cancellation is not done 4 days before the event, you will NOT receive a deposit back.

  • Shae-licious Desserts may provide additional treats for an additional price that is NOT included in the chosen package.

Additional Terms & Conditions

  • When placing an order, please use the text box under the product of choice or send a text to (470)705-7982 to specify your exact desires/needs. In case you want to add any additional treats/desserts, please notify me 48 hours in advance.

  • If a delivery is required, please communicate in a timely manner and further instructions will be given.

  • When you “Schedule Your Treat”, you are choosing the date and time for picking up your order. THIS DOES NOT MEAN YOU HAVE PLACED AN ORDER. You must place your order first before scheduling.

  • ALL PRODUCTS ARE MADE TO ORDER!! I will NOT have products on hand or extras. If something is made and I see that there will be extras, I will post it on all social media sites.

  • A $15 rush fee will be applied to orders made 24 hours before pickup/delivery date.

  • If an invoice is sent to you, a payment MUST be made in order to proceed with your treats. If you are placing a big order, $20 deposit MUST BE PAID UPFRONT unless you pay in full. And the remaining balance is due 48 hours before pickup/delivery. NO EXCEPTIONS!

  • Prices are set as is unless told otherwise. NO EXCEPTIONS!!!!

  • If you order a cake that’s more than 2 layers with additional effects on it, YOU MUST PICK IT UP! No delivery will be made.

  • Once products have been delivered, it is no longer an issue for Shae-licious Desserts! Instructions on how to take proper care of products will be given upon delivery/pickup. It is up to you how your treats arrive home with you.

  • Due to high demand, candy grape orders will now go out every Wednesday! Failure to pick up/meet with your orders will result in that order going to someone else and NO REFUND will be issued.

  • Please please text the number on the website or use the contact form for ALL communications!!! NO DMs on any of our social sites as it’s hard to go back and forth.

  • Reviews are HIGHLY RECOMMENDED & APPRECIATED.. I.e Google, Facebook and/or Instagram!!! We’d love to hear how you liked your products.
